This page explains how to request deletion of your data associated with Address Book.
1. What Data We Store
- Local Data: All address information, contacts, and settings saved by the user are stored locally on the user's own device.
- Backup Data: If the user has used the backup feature via Google account login, their data will be stored on our server and in their Google account.
- No Personal Data on Servers: We do not store personal information on our servers beyond the backup data that the user explicitly chooses to save.
2. How to Delete Your Data
Delete Local Data
- Go to Settings → Apps → Address Book
- Tap "Clear Data" or "Clear Storage"
- Alternatively, uninstalling the App deletes all local data.
Delete Backup Data
- If you have backed up your data using your Google account, you can request deletion by contacting us at the email mentioned below.
- We will delete your backup data from our server upon request.
Delete Google Account Data
- Open your Google Account settings
- Navigate to data management
- Remove any data associated with Address Book
Reset Advertising ID
- Go to Settings → Google → Ads
- Tap "Reset advertising ID"
Note: We do not store personal data on our servers beyond explicitly backed-up data. The user has full control over their data at all times.
3. Account Deletion
If the user wants to delete his account completely, he can contact Mantham Technologies. We will process the request and delete all associated data.
