This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Mantham Technologies ("Licensor") for the use of Address Book (the "Application").
Mantham Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a compatible mobile device for personal, non-commercial use.
The user can use this application for free. An internet connection is not required to use the core features of this application.
You agree not to:
The Application and all intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Mantham Technologies.
All data saved by the user within the Application is stored locally on the user's own device. When the user chooses to backup their data, they must log in using their Google account. The backed-up data will be stored under the user's own Google account.
The user retains full control over their own data at all times.
The Application offers a premium plan (ad-free) available via in-app purchase. The cost of the plan is affordable to the user. If the user faces any problem while purchasing the plan, they can contact us.
The Application uses Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Facebook, and Unity, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the Application.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
MANTHAM TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
