Please read these Terms carefully before using Address Book (the "App") by Mantham Technologies.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Address Book is a free-to-use mobile application that allows users to easily save and manage their addresses. The app is ad-supported and does not require an internet connection for its core functionality. Optional Google account login is available for backup and restore features.
You don't need to log in to use our app. Sign-in via Google account is only required when you want to backup or restore your data. By signing in, you agree to Google's Terms of Service.

The information that the user saves in the application will be automatically saved on their own device. That information will not be stored on our servers unless the user explicitly uses the backup feature.
When the user backs up his data, he will login using his own Google account. The user's data will be stored in his own Google account. The user retains full control over their data.
Minimal ads will be displayed in the App via Google AdMob so that the developer can provide other features in the app with the help of revenue.
If the user does not want to see ads, they can buy our premium plan (ad-free). The cost of the plan is affordable to the user. If the user faces any problem while purchasing the plan, they can contact us.
All content — graphics, icons, code, and application design — is the property of Mantham Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This app is still in the process of being developed. Please let us know if you encounter any technical issues.
Mantham Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
If a user notices an improvement while using the application, please let us know. Write in the subject: Suggestions for Address Book. The user will then write about the improvement and send it to us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
