By downloading, installing, or playing Building Block ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use or access the Game. These Terms apply to all users of the Game, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download and play the Game on a supported mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You agree not to modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any materials or content contained within the Game.
To access certain features of the Game, such as leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saving, you may be required to log in using a third-party platform account (e.g., Google Play Games or Apple Game Center).
The Game may offer the ability to purchase virtual currency, hints, "remove ads" features, or other virtual items ("Virtual Items") using real money through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You do not own the Virtual Items. Instead, you purchase a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use them within the Game. Virtual Items have no monetary value outside of the Game and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
All In-App Purchases are processed by the respective app store (Apple or Google). Therefore, their terms and conditions, as well as their refund policies, apply to these transactions. We do not directly process payments or handle refund requests. If you require a refund, you must contact the platform provider.
All sales of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy.
The Game is offered for free and is supported by advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). By playing the Game, you agree to the display of such advertisements. You may have the option to purchase a "Remove Ads" feature via In-App Purchase to disable non-rewarded advertisements.
You agree not to use the Game to:

THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE GAME.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Game after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
