End-User License Agreement

This Agreement is between you ("User") and Mantham ("Licensor") for the use of Color Match Rush.

1. License Grant

Mantham grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a compatible Android device for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense it
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems
• Remove proprietary notices

3. Ownership

The Application and all intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Mantham.

4. Virtual Items

Virtual coins, skins, and items are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world value and may be modified or removed at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Play Games Services and Google AdMob, subject to their respective terms.

6. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate any terms. You must then cease use and delete the App.

7. Disclaimer

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

MANTHAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
